Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Mark leads the team's civilian and unique project origination program, having 35 years of diverse M&E and Civil works experience working for various major construction and M&E organizations, with past international deployments in Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Russia, Sweden, and the UAE. Mark is responsible for running the firm's pre-award project technical assessments and overseeing all feasibility and pre-construction due diligence.
